Dhakshin Kichdi is a brand owned by Ramani Shri Foods Pvt. Ltd., created with a vision to bring a fresh approach to food service. What started as one person’s idea, later strengthened by family and friends, grew into a mission to serve traditional food that is both healthy and affordable. With guidance from an in-house culinary expert, the team crafted a unique khichdi by blending South Indian spices with millet and rice recipes. This fusion led to the development of Dhakshin Kichdi, focused on being tasty, healthy, and affordable.

Dhakshin Kichdi creates traditional foods with modern methods, establishing itself as an authentic brand for healthy, tasty, and hygienic dishes at affordable prices. Operating from a centralised 3,000-square-foot certified industrial kitchen, the company follows all FSSAI and HSS protocols.
